[might as well do it now, since i have some free time and methinks nothing significant or life-changing will happen in the last remaining hours of July...]

The GOOD:

• found out that i was the number 2 rep on our account for the previous month!
  
• spent my first weekend with highschool friends by participating in a wedding and a baptism.
  
• spent my second weekend with David, Anna and Jeanette in Sto. Tomas, Batangas.
  
• spent my third weekend with 320 for a "relaxing good time" and then watched Dark Knight.
  
• spent my fourth weekend with "la familia". [lunchdate with Mom; daycare with the pamangkins; webcam/chat session with my bro in Jeddah]
  
• bought the Skullcandy HESH.
  
• finaly bought an aftermarket HSF + thermal grease to cool down my temperamental compie.
  

The BAD:

• some work-related stuff/changes that i will not disclose here...
  
• blew away 3k+ on one of those weekends! [i'll leave it up to you to guess which one. ]
  
• found out that the aftermarket HSF i bought would not fit on my mobo...
  

The HMMM:

• commemorated my fourth year at work.
  
• submitted my IJAF and already had my interview for the position i applied for.
  
• contacted the seller for options/alternatives on the HSF.
  

hahah... i posted it as such 'coz it's more of a "want" than a "need".

i actually brought it at work coz i picked it up last Friday before going to work, so that's where i auditioned it first. and man, was i blown away! i can clearly hear and feel the bass thumping directly on my ears. even my seatmate can hear what i was listening to... and it wasn't even full volume yet!  some of my friends who were passing by my area had to go back to take a look and admire it.

shabz, i kinda remember you wanting a skullie too... must be the G.I. Rasta, right? it is damn expensive.

o, jusko! ano ba naman ito? diba, tangina? nagmukha akong tanga...

damn! why did i learn of this only now!?! hopefully this and this won't remain as rumors and will eventually be a reality. if so, i will definitely be a part of this, i swear!!!

i guess the title pretty much sums up my previous week.

the six-day workweek was the aftermath of a swap that i had with an officemate who needed one of my restdays. i already spent that swapped day two weeks ago. anyway, that additional work day was relatively light, compared to the usual. my only complaint was that i lacked sleep for the next work day. *groan*

i've been feeling melancholic lately, and i think i know the reason why. but i won't let you in on the secret just yet.

a couple of changes happened which made work a bit "fun" again hope it sticks this time...

as te weekend rolled around, i found myself in the midst of my highschool friends. last saturday, i attended a christian wedding in Tagaytay. i even wore a coat and tie! hahah...  place was nice, food was great and all in all, i had a great time. the morning after (sunday), i attended a christening. the dad (who is my h.s. friend) is actually abroad, so only her wife (and their baby, of course!) was present, i had been selected as one of the godfathers, so i have quite a collection of godchildren right now... my wallet will feel an additional pain come Christmas time.  and since i think i am the only single one among our circle, the ever-present question/s kept popping up. ["when is your turn?"/"when are you getting married?" among others] i jokingly answered them "later" or "tomorrow" or "whatever/whenever". *sigh* why is it such a big deal anyway?

The GOOD:

• watched a movie with David, Anna & Jeanette then went up to Tagaytay
  
• new 22" widescreen monitor
  
• watched a movie with officemates and friends
  

The BAD:

• electricity bill skyrocketed!
  
• being unproductive during my PTO's.
  
• debt-ridden due to the unscheduled upgrade.
  

The HMMM:

• still on the contemplating phase on buying the HSF and/or 500Gb/640Gb/750Gb hard drive
  
• having a monthly "tryst"
  

due to that blasted lightning, and no follow-up from the technician who took a look at my dead MAG 19" widescreen lcd a few weeks back, i was forced to buy a new one.

The GOOD:

• celebrated Mom's birthday
  
• additional night diff and hazard pay from GY sked
  
• went to the final day of the Pyro Olympics with my Mom
  

The BAD:

• lost my coin purse
  
• drama at work
  
• lightning struck and fried my TV, lcd monitor and psu of my compie
  

The HMMM:

• thinking about buying an aftermarket HSF for my compie

as promised, here are the pix of the latest kits i got from my officemate. [damn you ian and your attractive pricing schemes!!! /me shakes fist in teh air]

out of these three, i've already finished the RX 78-2 ver. One Year War.  haven't taken pix of it yet, so it'll be up here whenever.

due to some circumstances [more on laziness though ], i haven't found time to post. i'll try my best to do a proper post before the month ends. in the meantime, here's a quick roundup:

• a lightning that struck last May 10 fried my TV, lcd monitor and my psu.
  
• due to said lightning strike, i had been offline at home for a week.
  
• also due to said lightning strike, i was able to assemble a Gundam kit. [pix to follow whenever]
  
• celebrated Mom's birthday by going to church with the folks, then visiting my grandma who already lives in PGH.
  
• had the TV repaired, so is the PSU [btw, none of the other CPU parts were affected]. had the  lcd monitor looked at by a technician, still pending if he can find the parts.
  
• got the latest release from KOTOKO [i believe the location of the PV is a beach somewhere in the Philippines. i've yet to confirm this though...]
  
• went swimming with the folks and kuya's family at Pansol.

effin' b!tch, why do you always have to be the villain in my life?! i'm pretty sure you already know this, but nobody likes you here! it was fine when you went away, but you just had to come back here. let me guess, they didn't want you there as well, so you had to come back... jackass! that's what you are. i'll stop here, lest i ruin the rest of my day.
